Compliance Officer AML

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the transaction monitoring framework and ensure alert quality.
  • Analyse system alerts to identify potential financial crime risks.
  • Work closely with front office teams on complex transactions.
  • Promote a strong risk-awareness culture.
  • Monitor regulatory, industry, and geopolitical developments.
  • Provide compliance expertise for key projects.
Qualifications
  • Degree in law, compliance, or banking/finance.
  • 7+ years’ compliance experience in Switzerland.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss financial regulations.
  • Fluent in English; French/German a plus.
  • Analytical, investigative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Swiss residency required.
